Roadmap Consulting ("Roadmap", "we", "us") publishes this policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit roadmapeg.com or interact with us. We are the data controller for the information described here. Our office is at 522 Al Narges Buildings, Hassan Shafik Street, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt.
1. Information we collect
- Data you give us directly: your name, job title, organisation, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to include when you submit our contact form, book a free consultation, register for a program, or subscribe to updates.
- Data from our conversations: notes and materials generated during consultations, engagements, or program participation that relate to you or your organisation.
- Data collected automatically: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring site, collected via cookies and analytics (see Section 5).
2. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver consultations, and process program registrations.
- To perform our obligations under any engagement or registration you enter into with us.

We serve clients across Egypt and the MENA region, and some visitors travel from outside the region. Program records may be retained longer where professional, tax, or contractual obligations require it. Case-study content is anonymised or published only with explicit client approval.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — access control, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and staff confidentiality obligations — proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
