Hany leads Roadmap’s commercial strategy, market access practice, and client engagements across Egypt and MENA. His work anchors the Integrated Value and Strategic Account Management service lines, and shaped the delivery architecture behind Wesaya’s national launch and the Presidential Initiative’s patient-journey redesign. Before co-founding Roadmap, Hany spent over 16 years at Roche across market access, key accounts, and oncology leadership, followed by market access and public affairs leadership at Novo Nordisk. He holds a Master’s in Health Economics from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alexandria University.
Ahmed owns Roadmap’s delivery discipline, financial architecture, and operations. His engineering-grade approach to project scoping, margin management, and KPI accountability is why Roadmap engagements finish on the outcome they promised, not the deliverables they started with. Before co-founding Roadmap, Ahmed spent over 21 years at Roche, rising from medical sales representative to Head of Market Access & Key Account Management, with earlier operating roles at Novartis and Gypto Pharma. He holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alexandria University.
Hany Abd El Raouf leads Roadmap’s medical practice: clinical accuracy, HCP curriculum design, and the medical review gate every capability program passes before reaching a physician. His work anchors Medical & Practice Excellence, including Diabetes 360, Ambassadors League, AsthmaMap, and Navigating Diabetes Care. With more than 25 years across oncology, hematology, and diabetes at Roche and Novo Nordisk, he built deep expertise in market access, value-based healthcare, and patient-journey design, and was a core member shaping Egypt’s Presidential Initiative for Women’s Health in 2021. He studied at Alexandria University.
