Egypt's Presidential Initiative screens schoolchildren at national scale for anemia, obesity, and short stature. Children flagged during screening are referred into HIO's specialist network for diagnosis and management, and that is where the pathway gets harder, not easier.
Every case looked different, nutritional stunting complicated by infection, anemia against short stature, obesity with metabolic and behavioral drivers, but all shared one referral point. Ambassadors League was built to give specialists a single clinical algorithm that holds from screening flag to treatment plan, regardless of the combination that walks into the clinic.
